Why do you build websites for free?
Because most small businesses don't want to pay hundreds of pounds before they've seen anything. Our team builds your website first, and we only earn the monthly fee if you love it and put it live. So it's in our interest to build you something good.
Is this a scam?
No. You pay nothing until you've seen your finished website and chosen to put it live. There's no contract, you can cancel any time from your account, and your domain is registered in your name. Payments go through Stripe, and your website is hosted in the UK by our friends at Prooflive.ai.
What's the catch?
No catch. Building your website costs nothing. If you love it, a small monthly fee (£19 a month) keeps it online, paid from the day it goes live. If you don't, you pay nothing and walk away.
Is the website really mine?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and if you ever leave you take it with you.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel any time from your account. There is no contract and no notice period.
Can I change things?
Yes. Tell your web designer what to change, or edit it yourself in your account.
I haven't got a logo.
That's fine. Tell us when you sign up and our team will make you a simple one while we build your site.
Why is it so cheap?
We have a special deal with our friends at Prooflive.ai, who host all our websites, so we can keep the monthly fee to £19. That still includes hosting, a security certificate, backups and a business email address.
How long will it take?
It depends on your business and how much you'd like on it. Your web designer will give you a date when they first get in touch, and you see your website before you pay anything.
Will I be able to speak to my web designer?
Yes. Your web designer contacts you within 24 hours (usually within a few hours Monday to Friday), and you can message or call them while they build your website and after it goes live.
I already pay someone to host my website.
That's fine. We'll build your new website, and when you're happy we host it with our friends at Prooflive.ai and move your domain across. Nothing changes with your old host until then.
Can you fix my old website?
Yes. Send us its address when you sign up. We'll rebuild it free, keeping the words and photos that work, and you only pay if you'd like to switch to the new one.
Do I pay anything to see my website?
No. Our team builds it and your web designer sends you the link. You only pay if you decide to put it live.
How quickly will I hear from you?
Your web designer will contact you within 24 hours, and usually within a few hours Monday to Friday.
How do I pay?
By card when you put your website live, then monthly on the same card. You can see invoices and cancel from your account.
What do you need from me?
What your business is called, what you do, where you work and how customers reach you. A logo and photos help, but we can work without them.
Can I use the domain I already have?
Yes. Bring your own domain at no extra cost, or buy a new one from £19 a year in your name.
Do I get an email address?
Yes, one business email address is included. Extra ones are £4.99 a month each.
